Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and following countries: Ireland, Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands, Czechia, Switzerland, USA, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of 5,99 € per order.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge a flat shipping fee for deliveries outside Germany:
EU (only the countries listed above): 9,99 €
Switzerland: 24,99 € (DDP incl. all customs duties and import charges; no additional costs upon delivery)
USA: 29,99 € (DDP incl. all customs duties and import charges; no additional costs upon delivery)
Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia: 29,99 € (DHL Paket International, shipped without prepaid duties: any import duties or taxes are charged by the destination country and paid by the customer; for a single cap this is usually below the local duty-free limit. South Korea: please add your Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) in the order note)
Free shipping: For orders of 75,00 € or more, shipping to Germany and the EU countries listed above is free of charge.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 4 working days, for EU deliveries within 3 - 7 working days, Switzerland within 4 - 8 working days, USA within 6 - 12 working days, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Australia within 7 - 14 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
