Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Germany: 2–4 business days · European Union: 3–7 business days · Switzerland: 4–8 business days · United States: 6–12 business days. All orders ship via DHL with a tracking number sent by email.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, EPS, and BLIK.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Within 2 hours of placing your order, yes — email us at info@krwndistrict.com with your order number. After dispatch, changes are no longer possible.
Where can I track my order?
Tracking number is sent by email after dispatch. Click the link in the email or check directly with DHL.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
Generate your prepaid DHL label via our Returns Portal. For Germany and EU returns are free. Switzerland and United States: customer organises shipment (DAP).
How long is the return window?
14 days from delivery. No questions asked.
When do I get my refund?
Refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
What can't be returned?
Items that are visibly worn, washed, or damaged. Original tags must be attached.
Care & Quality
How do I care for my cap?
- Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap
- Air dry — never put in dryer or washing machine
- Store on a flat surface or cap rack to maintain shape
- Avoid direct sunlight when stored for long periods
- Use a soft brush to remove dust
Is the cap waterproof?
No. Cotton canvas handles light moisture but is not waterproof. Spot clean if it gets wet, air dry.
What size fits me?
One size fits most. The adjustable closure fits head circumferences of approximately 54–60 cm.

Designed in Augsburg, Germany. Manufactured in China to our specifications.
What does “Rule the District” mean?
Our drop philosophy. Limited drops, never restocked. Once a piece is gone, it's gone for good.
