All orders ship via DHL with a tracking number sent by email after dispatch. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times — counted in business days from dispatch:
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- Switzerland: 4–8 business days (customs cleared in advance, no border delay)
- United States: 6–12 business days (customs cleared in advance, no border delay)
Returns
14 days from delivery. No questions asked.
Germany & European Union
Free returns. Generate your prepaid DHL return label via our returns portal — we cover the shipping cost.
Switzerland & United States
Customers organise their own return shipment. Per international DDP standards, the customs and import duties already paid are non-refundable. Only the merchandise value is refunded once the cap returns to our studio in original condition.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods. For CH and US orders the refund covers the merchandise value only — shipping and duties are non-refundable.
