All orders ship via DHL with a tracking number sent by email after dispatch. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times — counted in business days from dispatch:
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- Netherlands, Ireland, Czechia, Malta, Lithuania: 3–7 business days
- Switzerland: 4–8 business days (customs cleared in advance, no border delay)
- United States: 6–12 business days (customs cleared in advance, no border delay)
- Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia: 7–14 business days (shipped without prepaid duties)
Returns
14 days from delivery. No questions asked.
Germany
Free returns within Germany. Generate your prepaid DHL return label via our returns portal. From all other countries you bear the cost of return shipping.
All other countries
Applies to the Netherlands, Ireland, Czechia, Malta, Lithuania, Switzerland, the United States, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Australia. Customers organise and pay for their own return shipment. For Switzerland, the United States, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Australia, the customs and import duties already paid are non-refundable. Only the merchandise value is refunded once the cap returns to our studio in original condition.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods. Outside Germany, return shipping is at customer expense; for Switzerland, US and Asia-Pacific orders duties are additionally non-refundable — only the merchandise value is refunded.
